Designed for families, couples traveling together, golfers, and seasonal guests, the condo sleeps up to six and offers a quiet residential setting with easy access to Flagler Beach, golf courses, restaurants, shopping, and scenic waterfront trails.

THE SPACE

Located on the second floor of a four-story building, Tidelands Retreat offers elevator access and a single-level layout with no interior stairs.

The condo includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, reliable Wi-Fi, comfortable living space, and a private screened balcony overlooking the pond.

The layout is especially well suited for:

• Families with school-age children or teenagers
• Two couples traveling together
• Parents or grandparents traveling with one or two children
• Golf, tennis, and pickleball getaways
• Snowbird and seasonal stays

LIVING ROOM

The open living area provides a comfortable place to relax after a beach day, round of golf, or afternoon by the pool.

Sliding glass doors bring in natural light and open directly to the screened balcony and pond views.

A washer and dryer are located inside the condo, making the property practical for family vacations and longer stays.

Starter laundry supplies are provided.

TIDELANDS COMMUNITY AMENITIES

Tidelands on the Intracoastal offers a wide range of shared amenities in a quiet waterfront setting.

Spend the morning walking along the Intracoastal, cool off at one of the pools, enjoy a game of tennis or pickleball, or relax near the water without leaving the community.

Amenities include:

• Two community pools, including one heated pool
• Hot tubs
• Fitness center
• Clubhouse
• Tennis courts
• Pickleball courts
• Scenic Intracoastal walking trails
• Fishing pier
• Community grills
• Gated entry

Community amenities are shared and may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, weather, community rules, or circumstances outside the host’s control.

LOCATION

Tidelands Retreat offers a quieter residential setting while keeping beaches, golf, restaurants, and shopping within an easy drive.

Approximate driving times:

• 5 minutes to European Village restaurants and shops
• 5 minutes to Palm Harbor Golf Club
• 7 minutes to grocery stores
• 10 minutes to Flagler Beach
• 30 minutes to historic St. Augustine

The condo is a good fit for guests who want access to the coast without staying directly in a busier beachfront area.



𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘:

• A signed rental agreement and government-issued ID are required within 24hrs after booking.

• Trailer parking is not permitted under Palm Coast regulations. If needed, I can provide a list of local trailer storage options for you to contact directly and arrange storage.

• This is a second-floor unit with elevator access. Guests must provide names and vehicle info in advance for community gate registration.

• For cancelled reservations, refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation processing fee to cover administrative and payment processing costs. This fee is non-refundable once payment has been processed and applies regardless of payment method.

We’re so excited to have you stay with us! To help you enjoy a smooth, relaxing, and respectful experience, here are a few friendly guidelines and important community rules to keep in mind:

✅ Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
This allows us to thoroughly clean and prepare the home for our next guests—thank you for your understanding!

🛌 Guests & Quiet Hours

• Maximum Guests: 6 people
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Tidelands is a peaceful gated community. Please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours out of respect for our neighbors. Loud noise is not permitted at any time.

🚘 Parking

• Max 2 vehicles per unit
• You must register all vehicles and drivers prior to arrival (we’ll handle this for you—just provide us the details).
• Trailers, boats, RVs, motorcycles, golf carts, and motorized bikes are not allowed.
• No car horn honking except in emergencies.

🚭 No Smoking / No Pets

• Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property (inside or outside).
• No pets allowed in this unit – this is a strict HOA rule, not just a house preference.
• Smoking violations will incur a $250 cleaning fee for deep-cleaning, odor removal, and restoration.

🗑️ Trash & Cleanliness

• Please place all trash and recycling in designated community dumpsters as shown in your welcome info.
• Do not leave garbage outside your door or anywhere on the balconies.
• Help us keep the home and balconies clean and free of clutter or debris.

🧯 Safety & Community Rules

The following Tidelands HOA policies must also be followed:

✔ No hanging towels, clothes, or items on balcony railings.
✔ No grills or fire pits allowed on balconies (per Florida law).
✔ No bikes or scooters on balconies or lanais.
✔ No storing of flammable objects, tools, or fluids in the unit or garage.
✔ No repairs or car maintenance in parking lots.
✔ No signs, business activity, or solicitation allowed.
✔ Parents must supervise children at all times, especially around the pools and water features.
✔ The pool, spa, and gym have posted rules for safety—please follow them during use.
✔ Each unit is responsible for keeping its outdoor space clean and free of personal items or trash.
