Cozy home in Seminole Woods Palm Coast

Whether you need a beach getaway or are looking to get some Disney time in, this house is a perfect jumping off point for fun in Florida. Minutes from the beach and easy access to many of Florida's best attractions. 8 miles to Flagler Beach and a short drive south to the Daytona Speedway. Head north to beautiful Jacksonville and historic St. Augustine.

Brand new duplex. Guests will get one side of duplex to themselves. Plenty of parking in one car garage and driveway.

Full side of duplex with access to garage and your own private, screened-in lanai and fully fenced backyard.

Set in a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by trees and miles of bike paths. Less than a 15 minute drive to Flagler Beach. Short drive South to the Daytona and surrounding beach towns. Easy highway access to Disney and Universal theme parks.

Private parking on one side of the duplex. Enjoy the miles of bikepaths by walking or using one of the provided bikes in the garage.

Access to beach towels, cooler, boogey boards, and two bikes.
We ask that only the number of people on the reservation stay at the house. Please, no parties or events as this is a quiet neighborhood. Service animals stay at no charge. Any other pets will be charged a fee. It is expected that pets will not be left alone in the house. Please keep your pet leashed when outside and clean up after them. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind in the house or on the covered lanai. Please report any damages immediately.

  • Bulow Creek State Park is a Florida State Park located five miles north of Ormond Beach. It is on Old Dixie Highway, next to the Atlantic Ocean. For more than 400 years, the Fairchild Oak has silently observed the events along Bulow Creek — serving as a noble guard of the area’s magnificent environment. Nearly two centuries ago in 1836, the neighboring Bulow Plantation was destroyed during the Second Seminole War. And still, the Fairchild Oak stands strong. Local legend has it that this majestic oak tree was the site of two deaths. The first was that of James Ormond II, who lived in a house a stone’s throw from the tree and whose body was found under it, his cause of death unknown. The second death is shrouded in even more mystery. Norman Harwood, who purchased the property around 1880, is remembered as a hulking man. Some stories portray him as a cattle farmer, while others cite him as a dry-goods businessman — but most accounts say Harwood was deep in over his head in debt. It’s unclear what happened, but the myths suggest that Harwood, buried in economic turmoil, killed himself under the tree. #oak #Nature

Nice, clean and quiet! Close to 95 and everywhere we needed to visit. Excellent communication with Hostess, definitely worth booking if you want a place in Palm Coast.

Moving stop

We moved to the area and needed a place to stay while waiting for our house and this fit the need. We had space to work, cook and relax. I highly recommend staying here. It really is a lovely home

Everything was perfect and as stated in the description. The owner was great and always responded immediately. We were there visiting family and would go back again. I had a small dog and was allowed to bring her as well. Thankyou for making our stay so pleasant.

Perfect place to enjoy Flager Beach

From the moment you pull into the driveway this place makes you feel at home. Everything is spotless and well organized; and the house inside is beautiful. Everything is brand new pretty much and in perfect working condition. The area is quiet and close to flager beach and many bars wherbhe you can grab a bite and drinks. Most importantly, the hosts were so helpful and nice if i needed anything, always available for any help i had. Stop lookin and book this house already
