Great Place, Great Location

Roman was so responsive and helpful, he made the check-in process seamless! The accommodations were great, just as advertised and well stocked! I came to visit friends who had recently moving to Palm Coast, it was this perfect location, close to Flagler beach and St Augustine. I would highly recommend this property; it really was great, and the owner was terrific!

Family reunion

I'd shopped & eaten at European Village with positive feelings. Searching VRBO I learned that I could actually stay there! Our group of 4 could not have been happier with the facility. The parking garage was great & the security made us feel safe. We had very good sleep experiences as well. We loved it!

Great location

What a great location! This condo is so close to a beautiful, less crowded beach (with easy parking and bathrooms) We went July 4th and it wasn't crowded. Palm Coast considers summer their off season for crowds. You can go to ground level and shop or eat. We enjoyed The Turtle Shack for dinner. The condo was perfect. Its a lttle smaller than some units in building but has good layout and everything you need. You have acess to parking space in parking garage to stay dry in rain and space is very close to elevator for easy unloading and departures. Host are friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Get away

The property is very nice, a few negative things were some things in the kitchen not very clean. Coffee maker,pots and pans. Oversized tub was the only way to shower and the tub floor didnt drain totally so there were slippery wet spots i had to bleach. Beds are very close to the floor. Everthing else was very positive. Restaurants and shops below were nice. Convenient location close to bridge to get to the ocean.

Nice condo, great communications

This spot was perfect for my husband’s ultramarathon at the River to Sea Preserve. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a kitchenette, microwave, coffee maker, and fridge with freezer—plenty to get by for several days or a week. The location includes several restaurants and bars in the courtyard (just missing a coffee shop, lol, although there is a boba tea shoppe). I loved how the owner, Roman, provided a step-by-step picture driven guide on how to check in to the location. Made it so easy!Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
