Spectacular New Home With Lots of Parking Near I95 Exit 284
New beautiful construction home. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very convenient location near the I95. Allows you to easily travel to all the beautiful beaches in Daytona Beach, Palmcoast and St. Augustine. Located in a safe residential neighborhood and close to all your food and shopping needs as well.

Open layout with dining room, breakfast nook and barstools on the kitchen island. So there is plenty of seats for meals. Living room with pull out sleeper. 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom has its own private bathroom with a walk in shower with 2 shower heads allowing two people to bathe at the same time. Every bedroom has a tv with streaming apps and so does the living room. Large screened in patio with plenty of seating.

There is a small airport nearby. Expect noise from planes flying over from time to time. No parties allowed. Names, ages and addresses of all guests must be emailed to owner before check in. Background checks will be done to assure no criminal background or registered sex offenders. All tag/license plates for cars on the premises must be provided. Parking ONLY allowed on parking spaces provided. No parking on the grass or in the swales. Occupancy amount must not exceed the allowed amount. Children 3 and under do not factor into the 6 maximum but there cannot be more than 10 people in total staying at the premises. The city of Palm Coast reserves the right to inspect at any reasonable time compliance with occupancy amounts. Rental agreement with the above stipulations will be emailed to the guest and must be completed before checking in.

The property was very clean and comfortable it felt like I was at home. We had no issues and have referred the listing to others who are traveling to the area.
We loved staying at this property, it felt like our own home. Safe, quiet neighborhood and very comfortable. Has everything a normal home would have. Close to target and Flagler beach!
Perfect new house very clean. Huge driveway and garage was perfect for motorcycles and plenty of room for a truck and trailer. We definitely will be back next year.
This is a newly remodled property. The location is very close to the interstate and located on a culdesac in a decent neighborhood. The host is not so great. There were housekeeping issues noticed from the moment we entered the property. Starting with the spider webs and dead bugs in the garage. The linen, all if the towels and wash cloths had hair on them. All of the beds had hair in the sheets and linens that appeared to be uncleaned and slept in. The bathrooms were equally as gross with pubic hair, bugs, toe nails and unswept floors. Hopefully if you decide to actually book this property, there has been a new cleaning staff hired. The host was very unwelcoming and stated the pictures of this above-mentioned issue were in fact, fake and planted!
