A Wonderful and Cozy Home , NEW HOT TUB !!

Welcome to my NEW built home in Palm Coast, Florida. New private HOT TUB ,3 spacious bedrooms, 2 beautiful bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen! Huge, open and comfortable living room with dining area, perfect for ki a family gathering! We have a large 70" smart TV in the living room and a 55" smart TV in the master bedroom
and one small bedroom , fast charging USB ports.The garden is fully fenced and on the outside terrace there is a table for the whole family and BBQ.
In the HYPERBOOM lounge where you can listen to your favorite music at home or outside. In the garage you will find everything you need for the beach, fridge, deckchairs, toys and more. You can also find 3 bikes with helmets so you can explore the bike trails around the Palm Coast. It is very close to restaurants, shops and
many beaches. From the house it is 15 minutes to Flagler beach and 33 minutes to Matanzas beach , Malacompra Beach 26 min
From Palm Coast to Orlando you have an hour and a half drive where you can visit all the Disney parks.
You are only 30 minutes to Daytona International Speedway, an hour from Kennedy Space Center and to visit America's oldest city, St.Augustine only 40 minutes.

Every detail covered

The house was fantastic and very clean, our host was terrific and very attentive to any questions we had during our stay. She truly provided above and beyond. Every detail was addressed.

Family visit for wedding

One couple and two other adults visited this property for a weekend wedding nearby. The three bedroom two-bath property was perfect for our needs and the location in a quiet peaceful neighborhood was nice to “come home to” after family events. The property is located close enough to beaches, Cape Kennedy and other attractions that are easily accessible by car. Lots of restaurants are nearby. The cleanliness and vibrancy of the house met you as you opened the front door. I would definitely choose this lovely property again.

I’m perfect attention to detail

We used this stay as an evacuation from the West Coast. The host was very flexible and understanding about us arriving early and addressed any concern immediately. She really thought of everything down to kids toys and an attachable toddler toilet seat which was perfect for our 3 year old. Wish the stay was under better circumstances, but it was a beautiful home :)

Great host and property

This property has everything one needs to feel at home. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The coffee station provides options, a programmable coffee pot/carafe, single serve, french press etc. There are even pads of paper with pens that work. It's spotless and organized, and we felt right at home. The fenced-in backyard was a bonus. A nice table and chairs provided a perfect outdoor environment where our dog could enjoy roaming, and we could relax. I highly suggest this property.

Great place and location

The house was clean and had everything we needed but the drive way does not hold 2 trucks side by sided. That was the only issue we had but the neighbors accomadated us.
