This is a very quiet residential condo community with many families. The St. Joes Walkway trail system is conveniently located along the river behind the condo building and connects to the entire trail network. It is great for biking, hiking, or walking among nature. Guests are also able to rent bikes, kayaks, and boats at the neighboring marina.

You will need a car to get to most places, but since this home is centrally located, it only takes 5–10 minutes to get nearly everywhere in Palm Coast.

Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload a valid photo ID of the primary renter. For stays longer than 28 days, a lease agreement must be signed prior to check-in.

• 2 Car Limit — Parking is allowed for up to two vehicles. The parking garage is accessible if needed, but please coordinate in advance.
• This unit does not include a traditional crib, but a Pack 'n Play is provided upon request. Kindly bring your own sheets for added comfort and cleanliness.
• No local guests are allowed.
• The primary renter must be at least 21 years old at the time of booking and must be present throughout the stay.
