Our group had a pleasant experience staying at the property. The communication process was a bit wonky through Expedia and VRBO which caused a bit of anxiety and required me to reach out more than once for reassurance and check in instructions. The property was clean and quiet and met our needs for an overnight stop.

Convenient and comfortable

Manager was very responsive. Check-in was easy. Good location, clean linens, adequate bath supplies, well stocked kitchen, enjoyed the screened porch. Only suggestions, but not affecting our stay, new window treatments and carpet would be nicer. Also furnishings are dated. But all was comfortable .

Lovely home

We just needed a place to stay for a single night after visiting St. Augustine. The house was very big, the bed was comfortable and they had plenty of games and space to sit if you were traveling with other people. I also noticed they had plent of pots pan plates and cups if you planned to cook while you were there. The yard was very large for playing if you bring kids. Definitely plan to add this spot to our list for future visits! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home.

great place

great place and great service. i had a couple problems getting in (you need to. jiggle the key into the bottom lock. Melissa was ready to come over and help us and then i got in. she was great amd the stay was pretty close to perfect. only improvement I would suggest is smart locks but regardless it was great.

Palm Coast

It was an older house, it was clean enough for a short stay. The host communication was excellent. One note was I had to bring my own CO2 detector because it did not have one in the house for safety.

The house was decent, but a little on the older side. Some of the windows had damaged blinds. The front door sticks on the frame. The front yard could use some love too. Everything was pretty clean inside, though.The stay itself was quite nice and it's in the back of a quiet neighborhood. The neighbor next door had a garage full of junk hanging out of the driveway but didn't bother us. For one night it was fine and much preferable to staying in a small hotel room.

The house was ok and in a decent location. The master bedroom only had 1 sleeping pillow for a king size bed, so we had to find another in the house. There was an iron, but no ironing board. The master bedroom carpet smelled and needs to be cleaned. The house also appears to have a moisture issue. There was a full Damp Rid bag in the Master bathroom when we arrived. It appeared that some work was being done on the house, so some things may improve in the future. It was ok for a one night stay.
