Beautifully renovated 1/1 by the beach

Newly renovated 1 bed 1 bathroom minutes from the beach! New kitchen appliances, fully furnished, with communal pool right outside your front door. Pets welcome under 40 lbs (please email ahead of time for approval and $250 fee.) Enjoy restaurants within walking distance. Laundry machines on property. Queen size bed, comfy sectional couch, with tv. Pool toys and games provided for your swimming pleasure. Perfect for a nice get away, short or long term!
New for 2020: Pool is now heated in winter and cooled in the summer.

East Coast inaugural
Condo was clean and just fine for two people. Direct TV is a pain but we managed. Pool and outdoor area was nice. Condo very convenient to restaurants and public beach. Warren the host was great. They were installing hurricane windows in the units so much construction for one full day plus some day two. He reimbursed us a day plus a gift card which was not expected but much appreciated. All in all a great two weeks in the warm sun.

Excellent one-bedroom across the street from Atlantic Ocean
The layout of the apartment complex is 8 units of various sizes around a medium size pool. It appears caretakers live at the complex - - everything is well maintained. My dog and I stayed in unit 11 which is 1-bedroom (small Direct TV), adequately equipped kitchen, nice living room area (large Direct TV, connects to internet), small bathroom with large shower. Internet was good. Convenient digital door access. Super quiet complex in a super quiet neighborhood. The owner Warren K. was quickly responsive to questions. 10-min walk to Ocean Mall restaurants, Riviera Municipal Beach (guarded), Palm Beach Shores Beach (guarded).
