This quaint, polished studio features a full size standalone bed with electronic mattress technology to adjust the height!

Wet bar with high quality Carrara marble, stainless steel tile back splash. Beverage cooler, microwave, coffee maker, and blow dryer in unit available to all guests. Beach towels provided. Heated year round pool available to guests surrounded by tropical gardens. Barbecue facilities. View of pool terrace from unit. Library located on the mezzanine floor. Was indeed a petite retreat!

I booked this VRBO for my friend’s wedding and it was the cutest little spot. Perfect for a quick get away. The property manager was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The check in and check out process was seamless and it just made the stay run so smoothly. Highly recommend!

Nice little room

Quite small, but nice amenities , building, & grounds. Our only caveat is the listing says there is a refrigerator- there isn’t , it looks like fridge but is a “cooler” & won’t get cold on it’s own

Good things come in small packages

The owner told the truth when they said it was small. However, everything worked well, including the bathroom. We slept well and had conveniences down the block, including a great breakfast place at Greene's pharmacy and next-door a terrific specialty food market. The hallways and public rooms are somewhat tired, but the pool area is lovely and it's a matter of location, location, location.

We stayed here for 1 night. Overall, the stay was okay, quite expensive especially since the room was super small for 2 Adults, also had a strange odor. However the room itself was clean and well equipped. The location was very nice. Theres a grocery store right across the hotel and restaurants. Beach was a 10 minute walk from the hotel. They provided complimentary valet. Check in process and check out was easy. thank you

The hotel is lovely and the staff efficient and friendly but the room is so small that there was no room to unpack and not even a chair to sit upon. The bed is so small that we were sleepless for most of the night. I would not recommend this space for more than one person. We were so uncomfortable that we gave up our second night and found another hotel so we could get a decent nights rest. Also parking is a significant problem here since the owner does not provide a valet parking card. Parking Was on the street and first come first serve and $5/hr

The room was much smaller than shown in pictures and not at all what we had expected. Much too small for 2 adults. The refrigerator did not work so that was inconvenient. Communication was terrible as I sent 3 messages with questions and not one was answered. It was very disappointing.

PERFECTION!!

I can’t describe enough what a perfect location this one for a last minute trip to palm beach with my college best friend. All you need for two people and very quiet and cozy!

Good location

This place is in a great location. However, the room was exceedingly small. The common areas were very nice and helped make up for the very small size of the room. Definitely an affordable place to stay in Palm Beach, but be prepared for very little extra space in this particular unit

Great spot for a solo getaway!

Fantastic central location. Very small, probably not suitable for a couple. Walkable to so many great restaurants, the beach, and Publix. Well equipped, hosts provided water bottles, beach towels and chairs, and all kinds of kitchen gadgets, plates and glasses - even a coffee machine with pods. The hostess was so fantastic with communicating, and easy to reach when I contacted her.

Amazing little studio

The hotel is very clean, building had an amazing pool area and veranda we sat in every night. Easy walk to beach (room had beach chairs). Kuerig in room. Everything in walking distance, places to eat, coffee, Publix. Hotel gave a parking pass for the week. I had an absolute amazing time. The room is small, but very clean and set up so cute, and so convenient.

This place was perfect!

The room is perfect for 2 people. It is small, but it is way nicer than a tiny hotel room. We had a comfy bed, nice view of the pool, nice clean bathroom and shower, and a closet with plenty of room for 2 people and their carry on luggage. The microwave, fridge, and Keurig were a nice plus. We absolutely loved the fact that we only had to walk up a small flight of stairs to get to our room...no waiting on an elevator this trip! We love being able to walk to plenty of upscale restaurants, sit on the veranda and car watch, and the grocery store is accross the street for anything you forgot to pack. Great spot!

"Petite" isn't quite the right descriptor ... "itty-bitty, teeny-tiny" might be more accurate. The "new bed" was fine (it is an electric powered adjustable, i.e. the head can be raised and lowered). There is no chair to sit in. The TV is giant, sized for a much larger room, a little hard to watch so close up. There is no elevator to this level. Definitely not large enough for two adults.

Excellent communication with owner

I found the property to be very historic and cute. The updated features of the unit matched nicely with the overall style of the building. Lush greenery. I recommend the valet parking. Any questions we had we addressed swiftly and professionally. The owner takes great pride in the property and you can feel the love. Also, excellent water pressure! The location cannot be beat!

Great spot!

Such a great value for the money. We enjoyed sitting by the pool, walking to the beach and walking to great restaurants. There is an amazing french bakery next door for breakfast! Grocery is right around the corner- a two minute walk and another gourmet grocer about 4 min walk. Would highly recommend this spot. It is small but the bed is comfy and it is perfect for a couple. Communication with the owner was seamless. Thanks for a great stay!

walk to beach

the free parking pass is shared with another property. parking lasts for 48 hours and is a few blocks away. this was not explained in the listing and parking is a premium nearby. the walk to ocean beach is 1/3 mile. easy walk ,but not one block as listed. it is about 3 blocks. we walked to many locations in the beach town. you can walk over the bridge to the west palm area city center , and use the free trolley around there. the pool is heated, but rarely the pool or decking is in any sun exposure. 2 small beach chairs in unit were helpful. the a/c unit is fairly quiet. we got an early check in which was really great, thank you. there is a Publix full grocery store across the street which was a great plus. the front desk staff was very nice. because unit is so small a large suitcase was a challenge, but doable. the unit was clean, but is located in a large condo [historic] building. saw one roach near coffee pot on first day. i would stay again. thanks Iris for your help too.
