Cozy 1 BR apartment in the heart of Palm Beach Island. This historic building is located on Sunrise Avenue- in the center of town. You are surrounded by fabulous restaurants, shopping and galleries. The beach is 1.5 blocks away. There is a private pool onsite with lounge chairs and a garden for enjoying cocktails or lunch. Walkable to many areas of attraction. Free long term parking with provided placard. Stocked kitchenette. Linens, towels, shower amenities, hair dryer, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella all included. Housekeeping is required for long term stays of 2 weeks or more. The fee is $120.00. No exceptions!

Please turn off lights, lock door and be sure to leave key fob and parking placard on the console under tv. There is a 50$ fee for replacement of each item.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

It’s the service

Amy the manager made our stay perfect. She went out of her way before and during our stay to suggest things to do and to make sure everything was perfect. The location is A+ and all this with free Valet parking !

Nice location

I enjoyed staying in Amy's apartment. It is well appointed and clean. The decor is cheerful. The lighting is nice which is always important to me. Amy was helpful and very accessible. I would definitely return to her place!

The Beehive is the Bee’s Knees

This is a great place to hang your beachwear and enjoy the endless nights and beautiful days of Palm Beach. Nicely appointed, very chic, clean and comfortable. The location can not be beat. The host was excellent and the staff the nicest I have experienced since Covid. Pool is quiet and the public spaces are comfortable. I worked in the library on day of check out and there was plenty of space and privacy in the common areas. Publix is around the corner, French coffee shops and boutiques are around the corner, and if you want an old fashioned grilled cheese, Green’s Pharmacy is the place to go for breakfast and lunch. Parking and bikes available. Beach access is on nearby Root Trail. Will be returning. Excellent stay all around.
