"Very nice home. Kitchen was well maintained and had everything we needed for preparing meals. Beds were comfortable and each bedroom had a bathroom close by. The two living rooms are large and make for great family time and place to play games. House was very clean and had great view of the lake. Lots of wildlife roaming thru the yard during our stay deer and turkeys. The large garage was great for storing of bikes and the Heart of Vilas County bike trail was just down the road from the house. We had a great stay, very relaxing time away."

"Such a unique, convenient, and beautiful place to stay! I would definitely recommend staying here for a northern woods getaway. It was very easy to find, easy to communicate with the host, the kitchen appliances were great, lots of storage room for all items, very clean, so close to downtown Boulder Junction, surrounded by nature…the list goes on! I would love to come back to stay here again."

"Very well maintained, Staff was very helpful, Breakfast was usual contenental fair, Quite. very close to the town shopping and restaurants. Visit by multiple deer at night and morning. Excellent place, definitely would return. No microwave in room, no hair dryer which we didn't miss. vi"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying in Boulder Junction for 40 years. The last two years we lodged at Harlequin Haven. The modified barn has three comfortable bedrooms and two large living areas - one on each level. There is air conditioning, a hot tub, washer/dryer, dishwasher, plenty of parking, WiFi, cable TV, and private location away from other cabins. We did pay a user fee to access the neighboring White Birch Village Resort - this allowed us to used the beach, play area, and docks. We spent most of our time on our deck boat. But we also did some mountain biking, golfing and dining. There are several classic dining areas nearby. I would highly recommend Marty's, The Guides Inn, Aqualand, and Gucci's. Most require a reservation, especially during peak summer season. There are two great golf courses a short drive away - St. Germaine Gold Course, and Trout Lake Golf Course. Both courses are challenging and have many very scenic holes. We happened to see many deer and a fox on our latest outing. Overall, The Harlequin Haven provides a very comfortable Northwoods lodging."
