Bear Cub Cabin is a cozy 1 bedroom and loft oasis

"We had such a great time at the cabin! My kids love the loft. The cabin is decorated so cute! They had all the supplies we needed even firewood ., The only issue we had was the shower is clogged. The water would overflow onto floor. The provided towels and washer and dryer helped make this a little easier to deal with. I can see us renting again for the 3rd time. Thanks so much!"

"amazing sunsets!!! VERY cute little cabin quiet and well appointed with all our needs. CLEAN! Rob was great for check in and help as needed. Deck is lovely (altho recently fallen tree could have been cut down to help improve our lake view! :))Would go again. Great cabin"

"Rob was great. Easy to text with before and during the stay. View of the lake was the best view we’ve ever had in many years staying up north. Kitchen had everything you could need. Beds were comfortable and a lake view in so many rooms. We loved hanging out in the 3 seasons room. Outdoor deck above the boathouse garage was perfect for lunch and relaxing. The lake offers so many cool bays and islands for exploring. Biggest downfall is that they don’t hold your spot for the next year like almost every other Northwoods place giving you first dibs upon checkout. Learned that the hard way when we wanted to rebook."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying in Boulder Junction for 40 years. The last two years we lodged at Harlequin Haven. The modified barn has three comfortable bedrooms and two large living areas - one on each level. There is air conditioning, a hot tub, washer/dryer, dishwasher, plenty of parking, WiFi, cable TV, and private location away from other cabins. We did pay a user fee to access the neighboring White Birch Village Resort - this allowed us to used the beach, play area, and docks. We spent most of our time on our deck boat. But we also did some mountain biking, golfing and dining. There are several classic dining areas nearby. I would highly recommend Marty's, The Guides Inn, Aqualand, and Gucci's. Most require a reservation, especially during peak summer season. There are two great golf courses a short drive away - St. Germaine Gold Course, and Trout Lake Golf Course. Both courses are challenging and have many very scenic holes. We happened to see many deer and a fox on our latest outing. Overall, The Harlequin Haven provides a very comfortable Northwoods lodging."

"Rustic is what you get here. Don’t plan on fancy, or WFH unless you’re bringing your own WiFi. The lake is steps away from the front door. Enjoy nature and step away from your busy life. Decompress. Relax."
