"This is a fantastic brand new property overlooking the main square. It is modern and luxurious with a beautiful large terrace with comfortable seating. The square and surroundings are full of restaurants and shops and some great Greek bakeries. They will even provide laundry service for a reasonable price. "Fabulous location and big pool. Another villa next door but well screened and you don't really notice they are there. Very clean, lovely wee touches like shower gels, shampoo etc. Has BBQ and very cute resident gecko who comes out on the wall every night to eat moths."

The courtyard is amazing, and the views looking across Agia Effimia harbour are absolutely incredible. ​Stavros was an exceptional, genuinely helpful host who went above and beyond at all times to ensure we had the best holiday. Location-wise, it’s ideal—we easily drove to Assos and Fiskardo in around 40 minutes. The drive from the airport is straightforward, but a hire car is essential for exploring.
