Bonjour, J'ai été heureuse de découvrir une belle et grande chambre très propre, avec une douche, serviettes et savon, shampoing. Télévision, wifi, code à chiffre pour entrer. Petit déjeuner très copieux avec des produits frais. Le personnel souriant et soucieux de notre bien être. Je suis très satisfaite et je pense que je retournerai dans ce B&B si je retourne à Palerme.

Non impressionatevi del portone!

All'arrivo abbiamo avuto qualche perplessità vedendo il palazzo ed il portone "storico" con altissime volte, l'ascensore a gabbia anch'essa retrò. ma il confort, la colazione, la disponibilità senza limiti dei titolari mi permettono di consigliare vivamente questo B&B. Se avrò ancora la fortuna di passare per Palermo mi fermerò qualche giorno in più e alloggerò sicuramente in questo delizioso B&B. Per il titolare e Co......... Un grazie di cuore.

NON E' UN HOTEL è B&B da migliorare

è un B&B di tre stelle non hotel come dichiarato e venduto. Comodo per raggiungere il centro storico a piedi. Vicino al mare anche se area portuale. Pulizie lasciano a desiderare, muffa in doccia e aste doccia rotte. Scarico doccia che è perennemente intasato. Cambio biancheria inesistente anche se un 3 stelle dovrebbe cambiare e assicurare i cambi ogni giorno. In 5gg mai un cambio e gli asciugamani abbiamo dovuto segnalare noi di cambiarli perchè fradici. Lenzuola mai sostituite. Materassi estremamente rigidi e sottili, da me apprezzati ma normalmente rifiutati da utenze nella media. Durante una colazione abbiamo sentito lamentarsi di qualcosa anche un altro ospite. Colazione Esaustiva. Gentilezza del personale ottima. nelle immediate vicinanze un paio di ristoranti (non testati siamo sempre andati in centro storico) un pub e un piccolo supermercato.

BB eccezionale

Il bb è in una zona centrale, ricca di negozi e locali, ma anche molto tranquilla. Le stanze sono ampie e spaziose, la colazione golosissima e la pulizia impeccabile. Jolanda e Francesco ti guidano e consigliano al meglio e sono attenti ad ogni esigenza, ma soprattutto ti fanno sentire come a casa tua! Grazie ancora di tutto ragazzi!

Nice hotel new city near the docks.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La chambre était très spacieuse pour quatre personnes et très propre. Le petit déjeuner simple et complet, le tout dans un quartier calme et agréable proche du bus 806 pour la plage de Mondello. Francesco est très serviable, il nous a indiqué les lieux à visiter ainsi que les manifestations du moment. A recommander vivement.

Francesco y su esposa son anfitriones excelentes- el parque o es la calle y muy difícil pero no imposible. Recomendé a Francesco proporcionar un mapa de la dirección ya que es muy confuso- y más cuando hay calles cerradas.

Ottimo Bed & Breakfast

Il bed & Breakfast si trova in pieno centro a palermo, a pochi passi da via Ruggero Settimo (zona Politeama). Francesco, il proprietario, è molto cordiale, simpatico e disponibile a dispensare qualsiasi suggerimento voi gli chiedate. Non solo sembra di essere a casa, ma addirittura in famiglia. Sempre presente e attento a non farvi mancare nulla. La colazione è ottima, non manca la frutta, i cornetti e anche le torte siciliane. La camera è deliziosa: io ho utilizzato la quadrupla che era veramente enorme e con un bagno decisamente grande con doccia idromassaggio. Che dire, se cercate un bel posto per trascorrere le vostre vacanze a Palermo, siete nel posto giusto.

5가족이랑 여행중인데요.벨몬테호텔은 너무 좋은것같아요...그런데 난방이 너무 약해서 조금 추웠어요ㅠㅠ 그래도 그부부님이 너무 착하셔서 아침에 조식에다가 아이들이 좋아하는 도넛이랑 크로아상을 주시고 삶은 달걀 까지 주셔서 아이들이 너무 좋아했어요^^♡♡~~^^

Custo beneficio muito bom!

Foi tranquila. Chegamos a princípio e ficamos assustadas com a entrada, mas a recepção foi muito boa e depois nos acostumamos. A rua é ótima e dá acesso para todos os pontos turísticos e restaurantes facilmente. O café da manhã foi bem servido.
