The rooms are beautiful. Staff is amazing. Breakfast was superb. Comfy beds and amazing pillows. The location is walking distance to everything! We walked everywhere. Just wish it had an elevator. Way too many steep stairs for a senior citizen. Thankful staff carried our bags up and down for us. Knowing this, try to request the lowest floor.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was quite basic albeit adequate for a short stay. Entry stairs were very narrow - not easy to get large cases up and with no handrail. Surrounding streets are very narrow and very noisy at night. Would recommend for a short, say 2 night, stay but not for longer visits to Palermo.

Nice clean place, completely renovated and new. Staff was more than helpful before and during our stay. Breakfast was the one of the best on our travels throughout Sicily. The surrounding streets around the hotel could use some sprucing up.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and the second bed was in an adorable bunk with a ladder. The area was quite nice. There is no motorized roadway beside the hotel, foot traffic only so middle of the night was very quiet especially once the restaurants closed. We got a complimentary bottle of prosecco on arrival. The area was very walkable and safe.
