Definitely a hotel that I was not expecting It's on one floor of a building so you must really look for it to find it. Overall not bad but showing it's age and could be freshened up.

We booked to stay here due to our flights being delayed and our previous hotel being fully booked and were pleasantly delighted to find ourselves in the very heart of Palermo’s many restaurants and very close to the shops. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very reasonably priced for the location as well.

Very good location. Walking distance to major sights. However, bathroom was very smelly and poorly ventilated. Except for bathroom smell, everything was clean. Don't understand why this is a 3-star hotel. Should be 2 stars. Front desk closes at 12:30 pm. They forgot to extend our access to return for checked luggage.

Great for Basic Traveler
Host is very helpful. Electronic check in was flawless. Room was basic, but had refrigerator and what we needed. One night stay, so it was fine for money. Location was great. Vire, not so much.
