We enjoyed our stay

We only stayed there for one night. It was literally 2 mins walk from central station. We arrived within the check-in time but no one was there to let us in. With luck we were let in by a resident of the building and he directed us to go to 3rd floor for the main reception. A staff received us there and checked us in. Turned out that we did receive a message asking us for our arrival time, but since we were in transit and couldn’t go online. I suggest you inform the property about your arrival time when you book. The room was fine, it’s generally clean. The bathroom was functional and was also clean. The staff was very nice. They stored our luggage free of charge after we checked out - our flight was at 8pm and we could walk around Palermo luggage free. The only bad thing was the stale cigarette smell. I couldn’t stand it and wore a mask to go to bed. Overall I still think it’s good for value.

Our room was large& had a quirky vintage feel. While listed as a B&B, breakfast wasn’t included with the room rate. For 3 euro, a continental styke breakfast was provided. The rooms do not come with any bathing soap, just liquid hand soap.

Nice stay in Palermo

The hotel was easy to find , and the staff was friendly we were late so they contact us to see at what time about we would get to check in , because the reception is open only till 8 , they waited for us. The check in was very fast we were shown 2 different room to choice from the room were quiet and comfortable overall i would recommend this hotel .

Con il mio amore abbiamo soggiornato soltanto una notte e ci siamo trovati bene. Le ragazze alla reception sono state molto gentili; la camera pareva un salottino e anche il bagno tutto in stile vintage. Il prezzo era ottimo considerando il bagno in camera, privato. La zona è comoda per prendere tutti i mezzi ma Palermo di sera è un po' troppo buia.

Convenient hotel for central Palermo

Convenient to visit the sires of central Palermo, free on street parking. i do not agree with other views saying the area does not feel safe. The area is simply ethnically diverse and a little run down. The hotel is nice, practical. Breakfast not amazing but only 3 euros per person.

nice and very convenient for transport connections

Great location if not staying in Palermo long and looking for something clean and basic and close to the station, the bus station and the airport bus terminus. Wonderful little affordable place to eat just a couple of minutes away too - called Trattoria Trapani - and I felt very safe in the B&B.

Breathtaking interior!

By lucky chance, me and my companion stayed in the Junior Suite. The interior of the room was simply amazing and I would highly recommend staying there. It's a unique and beautiful experience that I don't think you can find very easily elsewhere. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, explaining the main tourist attractions etc. Breakfast was nothing special, as is often the case in Italy. Since we got a great deal on travelocity, the quality/price ratio was great.

My worst stay in Sicily so far

I actually don't know why this bed&breakfast has so good reviews. The staff was NOT NICE at all. We booked a room with 4 single beds, received one double bed and one sofa and one mattress on legs - even in hostels they give you better places to sleep. When i asked to change the room or put another bed instead i received the answer: we have no other beds, when i asked to give us second room they told us to pay extra 60 euro! When i wanted to talk to the manager (the receptionist refused to give me her on the phone). We stayed in Sicily for many days in different B&B more less the same price for one night and we never supposed to be trated like this. I Also the area of the B&B is not nice - dirty, lot of strange people, not safe at all. The hotel is on 3rd floor, the elevator is very small so it's not possible to go inside with luggage by more then 2 people. The only thing that was nice is the arrangement of the hotel (baroque style and it was quite clean).
