- Cozy and bright apartment located within the renowned Ashur residence in Mondello.
Guests can enjoy a beautiful swimming pool and private access to the sea, conveniently reachable by elevator directly from the floor.
The apartment consists of one bedroom with a double bed and a child’s bed.
In the living room, there is a bunk bed, a comfortable sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to truly feel at home.
Using the elevator located on the apartment floor, guests can directly reach a small bay with crystal-clear water.
The shared swimming pool is open from June 15th to September 15th and follows these opening hours: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM and 4:00 PM–7:00 PM.
Wearing a swimming cap is mandatory.
Right in front of the residence entrance gate, there is a bus stop that will take you to the center of Palermo in just 15 minutes.
