Very familiar little hotel in the city centre. Giuseppe and Valentina guaranteed that everything was going well during my stay. The rooms were very well equipped and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is strategically located so it’s very easy to access by foot most of the touristic areas. Highly recommended!

This B&B is nestled within a residential property which makes it feel like an authentic Sicilian stay. Communication with the property was outstanding with clear check-in instructions, local recommendations for food, sights and assistance with local transport. The location was the real highlight for us. Half an hour walk from the main bus station, central to local sights and other further afield attractions easily accessible by bus. The room was clean and house keeping attended every day. The breakfast was small (not the variety of a main hotel) but adequate to set you up for the day. The only slight downside was the noise (I am a light sleeper), to be expected in a busy city centre. The lift and large doors in the building were very loud when being shut by others. We worked round this with earplugs so not too much of a problem. I would definitely stay her again and would highly recommend.

Very good location

It was a good experience for us. The rooms were clean and tidy with enough space, the staff was helpful, friendly and kind. They recomended very good restaurants and places. The only thing is you have to do self check-in and we didn't receive any information before arrival. But when we called them, they were very polite and explained us everything. This is the most important part of our stay. The breakfast is very limited, don't wait an intercontinental breakfast. The room needs maintenance, the minibar wasn't working properly. Showergel and shampoo weren't enough as well. You should bring yours or buy from market downstairs. The are is amazing. Very close to everywhere. You don't even go further, bars and restaurants in the square are very good. We really enjoyed our stay. The other problem is parking. There is no parking available since you have to park on the road where you have to pay hourly (half of the day is free). But there are some guy on the road who are asking for money for the public parking so in this case you have to be sure that they are not gonna harm your car. Thank you for the warm welcome and hospitality.

Rooms were very nice, includes breakfast and a terrace which is also nice. Great central location for walking around the city. Parking was across the street, we left our car there the entire stay...driving in Palermo is crazy, LOL! Guiseppe was very helpful no matter what you need, he's there!

Central Palermo property with easy access to all of Palermo. small negatives…parking is expensive but safe( and we were told the cost beforehand) and slight difficulty finding it because of our out of date sat.nav. Overall an excellent property for sightseeing. We recommend the restaurant opposite but beware, main courses are huge!

Amazing Palermo!

The owner is very friendly and helpful as well as the other staff. Location is very convenient. Super clean! Room very good size for a family of 3 but I guess I could be ok for 4 too. We were very happy with the experience. Chapeau to the city of Palermo and the super welcoming palermitans.

Il check-in è stato semplice e l'accesso alla struttura è stato possibile tramite codici. Ci siamo accorti tardi che le lenzuola erano macchiate di rossetto, quindi non abbiamo chiesto una sostituzione, ma data l'assenza di personale nella struttura non credo fosse possibile. Dalla camera si sentiva ogni rumore possibile degli altri inquilini.

Erg nette accommodatie met behulpzaam personeel. Voor aanvang instructies gekregen voor het parkeren. Personeel wachtte ons op bij de parkeergarage en heeft onze auto netjes geparkeerd. Ook eerder vertrekken was geen enkel probleem en kregen badge mee voor de garage te kunnen openen. Wij waren te laat voor het ontbijt, maar was geen enkel probleem en hebben alsnog mogen aanschuiven. Al bij al gewoon een goede ervaring!

Idéalement située et très belles prestations

La localisation dans Palerme est parfaite pour visiter la ville à pieds. Le soir il y a souvent de la musique sur la place mais grâce au double vitrage nous n'avons pas été trop gênés. La chambre est tres belle, spacieuse. La salle de bain est moderne et agréable. Le petit dejeuner est simple mais bon. Il est servi de 8h30 à 10h30. Guisseppe est trés reactif aux messages et s'est chargé de nous commander le taxi pour notre trajet pour l'aéroport. Je garde cette adresse précieusement !

Piccolo B& B in posizione super strategica. Comodo per muoversi a piedi e con un garage convenzionato proprio di fronte alla struttura (15 Eur / giorno). Giuseppe e' molto disponibile e si fa in 4 per essere d'aiuto sia suggerendo locali. che per eventuali transfers o guide turistiche. La terrazza della struttura e' strategica per rilassarsi dopo un giorno da turisti. Colazione buona. Unico neo: l'insonorizzazione. i locali sotto il B&B. di sera suonano musica e gli schiamazzi ci sono fino a tarda sera. Ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo. Consigliato e ci ritornerei
