We arrived when they had the heat wave, unfortunately the air conditioner was not working in my room, and I spend 2 miserable nights there. The staff especially Maria was a real jem.

Nice property but had to pay them again

The property is nice, what you see in the pictures is what you get. It is closed to restaurants and bars, but i am giving them an overal low rating because I prepaid to hotels.com and then i was told by the B&B they never received payment from hotels.com and had to pay them.

Clean and comfortable with friendly staff

It took us a little while to find the B & B as the entrance is a plain door of apartments with a small plaque in the wall. However, the staff are friendly and helpful. The property is very clean and it is quiet at night. The B & B is situated a short walk away from the main town of Palermo.

Decent b&b. Didn’t love how the bathroom was outside of the room. Also not in a great area, with very limited parking. The “garage on site” is NOT on site and owned independently and was almost full when we arrived at 11am. The building itself was lovely and we had a wonderful night in Palermo.

Short notice cancellation and no refund

My booking was cancelled the day of my flight. They did rebook another place which was good. However i have not yet had a refund after months, initially contact with trying to sort this out was good. I will continue to try to get my money back and hope that they will sort this. But because of this I couldnt recommend due to the short notice cancellation, booking another bnb without consultation (even though it was nice in the end) and finally simply not getting a refund for somewhere i never stayed at

Attention, be careful!

Attention, be careful of false information and an owner, who cannot take criticism and sends personal information/data to others! After I have reviewed the hotel on hotels.com, the owner of the apartment reached out to me and threatened me with legal authorities claiming I have said false information. See the message and evidence of not communicated/honest information on this hotel attached. There is no information anywhere, that the bathroom is outside of the hotel room across the hall. Also it is claimed from the owner, that there is a parking garage on site. There is no parking garage onsite. There are parking space on the street which one has to pay for or like we did, we looked for a parking garage nearby. But there is no parking onsite as claimed here.

Unfortunately disappointed

We have expected more especially after paying a good amount of money. Firstly there was no information anywhere about the bathroom being separate from the hotel room. To get to the bathroom one had to get out of the bedroom and walk across the hall. On top of that the bathroom and shower was very small and the shower doors were broken. Secondly the hotel room and towels weren’t very clean and were also very old. Unfortunately one night in the middle of the summer the air conditioning wasn’t working and we were told that no one can come and take a look at it until 10pm. Even after 10pm no one came or contacted us about the issue and how to resolve it. Lastly the hotel room is located next to a gas station which was always busy and therefore it was very loud day and night. Even with windows closed you could hear everything. Unfortunately the reviews we saw before were too overrated.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, come a casa, anche grazie alle gradite attenzioni della signora Maria, davvero insostituibile nel rapporto con i clienti. Camere ampie e profumate, il bagno separato ma esclusivo alla fine non si é rivelato un problema poiché porta a porta. Ancora grazie per il gradevole soggiorno al centro di Palermo.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und Maria vom Housekeeping war sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Einzig das parken gestaltet sich schwierig da die Unterkunft mitten im Zentrum ist. Ca 100 Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt ist eine dubiose Tiefgarage wo man für 15€ pro Tag sein Auto aber sehr gut parken kann. Wir waren erst etwas misstrauisch da die Autoschlüssel vor Ort bleiben aber das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Parkhaus wurde auf von der Unterkunft empfohlen.

Donc, faudrait avoir les codes avant notre arrivée pour ouvrir la porte et avoir accès à nos chambres. Malheureusement, quand on arrive, le système de téléphone n’est pas toujours adéquat pour recevoir les informations pour l’entrée :(

Ottimo B&B, la struttura si trova in posto strategico, si può visitare tutto il centro storico a piedi senza bisogno di utilizzare ne auto ne bus. La camera era pulitissima. Il gestore Andrea veramente gentilissimo e disponibile a qualsiasi tua esigenza e professionale.
