The 90 sqm apartment is located in the center of the city. It is easily reachable from both the airport and the port (the bus stop is only a few meters away) and there is an area where you can park for free.
It is very quiet located on the first floor of a small building of the late 800, a few meters from the main street of Palermo Via della Libertà.
All services are close as well as restaurants, taverns and wine bars.
It is composed of 4 large comfortable rooms with vaulted roofs and floors from the late 800s and a habitable attic, bathroom and kitchen.
It is furnished with antiques furniture, overlooking a beautiful tree-lined street, all cultural and historical attractions can be visited on foot. The Massimo Theater is 500 meters away and you can reach the beach of Mondello by bus in 15 minutes.
Massimo, the owner, has the antiques shop Sgroi Antichità under his house and will always be ready to welcome you and to advise you for everything.
Lello can be at your disposal to drive the city or Sicily by car

Le logement est très bien placé. On peut aller à pied dans le centre historique ou avec les bus 101 et 102 à 200 mètres de l'appartement. Vous pouvez également aller à la plage par le bus.L'appartement comprends une chambre avec un lit double et une chambre avec un lit double et un lit simple. (l'annonce annonçait 4 chambres!!!!!)Le four de marchait pas, une des chambres est bruyantes prévoyez des bouchons d'oreille. Il n'y a pas d'endroit pour étendre le linge.Le proprio est sympa, à l'écoute et de bons conseils.

Appartement original quartier aisé de Palerme

Grand appartement avec avec du mobilier ancien à 15 mn à pied du centre-ville. Le propriétaire (qui a sa boutique de brocante) est très sympathique et a de bonnes adresses.

1 Doppelzimmer durch das man durch muss um in das Esszimmer und Küche zu kommen. 2 Zimmer ohne Fenster. 1 Zimmer hat sehr geringe Zimmerhöhe. Ca. 2m. Das ist eher Abstellkammer. Sehr kleine Küche. Die Wohnung hat fast keine Fenster.

Propre et pratique comme je voulais, jolie et accueillante au naturel

Un hote super: accueillant, dispo, et plein de bons plans (que j' ai testés, dont un bon resto sur la rue principale où il est facile d'être déçu). Un quartier agréable: 2 grands parcs à 50m, je suis rentré à pied tard le soir sans problème (j' aurais pas fait ça dans le quartier Ballaro). Un bel appart, comme sur les photos, un bel espace et jolis meubles, petite salle de bain impec (touche vintage: un bidet), cuisine meublée simple et pratique, pas de micro-onde. Attention à la rue bruyante, j' ai pris des boules quies. Commodités proches: deux supermarchés à 100m dont un ouvert 24h, une rue pleine de restos divers à 150m (j' en ai testé deux: Zangaloro, burgers à emporter gros succès local, et Mo Avast, délicieux et ambiance conviviale). Centre ville plus loin, j' y allais en marchant malgré deux lignes de bus qui y déposent, et bus nocturne qui ramène. Résultat: Profiter de Palerme!
