Disliked: Staff & service
I needed a room in Palermo, so I booked this hotel on September 18th, for a two-night stay starting the next day, from September 19 to 21. The booking went through, payment was made, and I received a confirmation. The next morning, I found an email in my inbox stating that an error had occurred, without providing any additional details, and informing me that my reservation had been canceled. So, I can't comment on the actual hotel experience; the service was so bad that I couldn't even get there.
