The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. They even accommodated a late check out for a late flight out of Florida. I would love to revisit this hotel.

Room was cozy. A bit worn out, but nice nonetheless. Location is ideal for Kissimmee-Orlando area and the deal for the dates was perfect.

My stay on July 25 was extremely disappointing. Check-in was scheduled for 4PM, but after waiting in line for over 30 minutes, I was told my room wasn’t ready & might not even be available. After waiting in line a second time, I didn’t receive my room until 5PM, with no compensation or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Once inside, the air conditioning, room phone, and living room light were all broken. Because the phone didn’t work, I had to walk to the lobby to report the issues. I was told maintenance would arrive within 30 minutes, but no one ever came. The most alarming issue was that your staff mistakenly gave another group a key to our occupied room. They entered without knocking because they believed it was their assigned room. Later, while I was alone, a staff member pounded on my door so aggressively that I screamed in fear. I was ordered to return to the front desk to provide identification and payment, despite already completing that process twice. The Manager later admitted I had been checked into the wrong room, causing every issue we experienced. In one night, we were interrupted three separate times due to preventable mistakes entirely within the hotel’s control. What should have been a relaxing stay became one filled with frustration, confusion, and genuine fear. The lack of urgency, accountability, and empathy from management only made the experience worse. Given the seriousness of these operational & security failures, I believe a full refund is warrante
