Magnifique Villa en Plein Cœur du Centre Ville de Palavas !!

  • Our villa "Les Jarres" is classified as part of the historical heritage of the village. Charmingly renovated, in the centre of the heart of the village, it is located in a quiet street, next to the beach (1 min from the beach).
    With a large outdoor space including 4 parking spaces, a garden area with kitchen and terrace, plancha and barbecue. The main terrace is located under a mulberry tree to enjoy the sea air without suffering from the heat.
    House - Spacious entrance leading to a beautiful living room, a dining room equipped with a fireplace. The living-dining room opens directly onto the outdoor space thanks to a bay window. The fully equipped adjoining kitchen is open to the dining room.
    The house is composed of 4 large bedrooms, 3 of which open onto different terraces. Two of them are suites, each with its own bathroom, one of which has a queen size bed. 3 toilets are at your disposal.
    This villa can comfortably accommodate 8 people in a family atmosphere. A travel cot will be available to accommodate a baby (on request).

Maison agréable

Maison idéalement située. Même s’il y’a quelques meubles et installations défraîchis (fauteuil salon, porte salle de bains, fuite du lave vaisselle) la maison demeure très agréable.

Maison effectivement idéalement placée, très proche de la plage et du centre, avec de larges places de stationnement. Une terrasse au RDC exploitable tout au long de la journée donc très agréable. Malheureusement un jacuzzi annoncé dans l'annonce mais absent des lieux ainsi qu'une terrasse en très mauvaise état qui n'avait pas été annoncée à l'avance. Maison proposé pour 8 personnes mais ne contenant que 5 chaises intérieures et 5 chaises extérieures.

Tolles Haus in Strandnähe (3min)

Tolles Haus mit ganz viel Charme eingerichtet. Durch die Größe konnte sich jeder bei Bedarf zurückziehen oder gemütlich im Garten zusammensitzen. Die Nähe zum schönen Sandstrand bietet viel Flexibilität. Viele Wassersportmöglichkeiten vor Ort buchbar. Alex ist ein zuvorkommender Vermieter, der jederzeit erreichbar für uns war.
