Beautiful 2-bedroom apartment of approximately 56 m² located on the first floor of a modern, high-end building with an elevator. It comprises a large living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette, an air-conditioned bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a second bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) and a sofa bed in the living room for one person, a shower room, a toilet, and a large 45 m² terrace furnished with garden furniture. The apartment is tastefully furnished and very bright.

Pets are not allowed.

Amenities include: fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, Wi-Fi, private parking, and a communal swimming pool.
