On the 5th floor with elevator, in a secure building, soundproofed windows. Rear view of the ponds, not overlooked. Many amenities: shops, beach, activities, entertainment, restaurants... 10 minutes from the TGV Sud Méditerranée station, 3h30 from Paris Gare de Lyon 10 minutes from Montpellier International Airport An operational kitchen with a view of the sea to prepare (while drinking an aperitif at the same time) the fish bought in the port in the morning directly from the fishermen, the fresh products bought at the market, to sublimate them and taste them without waiting.
