"This a nice clean hotel with high standards and great customer service. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good too."

"The location is excellent, although the hotel is a 20-minute metro ride from Plaça Catalunya. The hotel is a 4-5 minute walk from the metro entrance. There is a supermarket next to the hotel and on Sundays when it is closed, there are shops and cafes in the residential neighborhood by the lake across the road, a two-minute walk from the hotel. We had a problem with the safe in the room twice. In the end, they had to drill into the safe to open it, but they didn't clean the drilling chips, and it was dangerous to walk around barefoot in the shower with the chips on the floor from the drilling. Luckily, this happened on our last night at the hotel. The air conditioning was excellent, the bed was large and comfortable, the housekeeping was excellent, they cleaned and tidied the room every day. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel."

"Wonderful hotel within easy walking distance tof the Gothic Quarter. The property is elegant and well maintained. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was excellent. We would definitely stay here again."
