The hotel was lovely, really elegant and exceptionally clean. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Only downside is that the roof top area was still under going renovation during our stay so no pool.
The hotel itself is in a great location to explore Barcelona with easy transport links and the gothic quarter and las ramblas just a moments walk away.

Executive room Hah dont make me laugh
1. the View was straight into a Brick Wall
2. the shower leaked all over the floor and into the room it was reposted 3 times what was the best they could do for the whole 4 days offer extra towels
3.2 Android tvs 1 wouldn't connect to internet reposted 3 times unable to fix as didnt know what was wrong
was the Hotel interested No they really weren't bothered no room changed offered no reduction not even a "sorry"

Check-in was a breeze. We arrived about 10am from a 15 night cruise. Although we couldn’t get into our rooms right away, they did store the luggage for us. This allowed us to leisurely shop/window shop/grab a bite to eat. They called within 2-3 hours to let us know our rooms were ready.
Excellent location. Spacious rooms. Beds could definitely use an upgrade. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars due to the staff (exceptional doormen), unbeatable location and overall swanky-ness of the property.
Only negative is the mattresses definitely need upgrading (too soft and I’m guessing poor quality or several years old—definitely time for a refresh).
