"Die Wohnung war schön ,ausser das Bett war etwas unbequem. Wir haben gedacht das wir die Kaution bar bezahlen können ,das es aber nur über Master/kredit Karte ging fanden wir nicht so gut , dann das wir uns online ein checken mussten war auch nicht gut. "First of all, we arrived at the building and it was absolutely freezing in the building and in the apartment. All the blinds were down so the beautiful morning sun could not have warmed the place up. Luckily there were several space heaters and the wall unit that heated the place up after a little more than an hour. The pipes under the sink in the bathroom started leaking in the first hours. Pere came over and fixed within a few hours. The glasses in the cupboard and some pots were dirty....

"Erreur de Bâtiment au départ (de la part de l'agence) intitulé "Nautic" alors que c'était le Cannes Gros Problème à l'arrivée au studio; le badge d'entrée principale du bâtiment le "Cannes" ne fonctionnait pas cause était démagnétisé . Aucun accompagnant d'agence sur les lieux pour l'état des lieux et deux allées et retour à l'agence de l'occasion (25 km) pou régler le problème de badge d'entrée. Sinon la suite des vacances OK."

"L’appartement est nickel, rien a dire sur ce sujet. Sauf que sous équipe en ustensiles de cuisine. Manque beaucoup de choses pour pouvoir en faire un minimum.Point négatif, place de parking inaccessible pour une voiture comme une Renault Rafale. Donc gros problème de stationnement et coût important à cause de cela. Place de parking ne peut accueillir qu’une petite voiture style Clio. Cela devrait être signalé à la location."

"The property was clean and a great location in quaint streets and close to the beach, cafes and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms clean and well appointed. Communication with the hosts was very easy and they were very helpful. The only reason I’ve given a four star review is because of the lack of comfortable seating for six people. There was only a two seater sofa though there were two more fold up chairs to allow six to sit round the table. We had a three year old in our party and although there were stair gates, the living space is very small and the stairs steep with a low wall that a toddler could easily have fallen over at the top. You can only get a small pram through the main door and it’s straight onto a few steps. The house is a very cleverly converted little space in an ideal situation but I don’t think it’s suitable for a young family and the living space is definitely not big enough to accommodate six adults. "

" The receptionist was initially evasive and unhelpful when asked for advice on parking. But I persisted with questions, & she offered more information and it turned out that she knew more than she had let on. E g. the parking places marked with white lines are free at certain times of the year, while the blue ones are fee-bearing. Also, I don't remember having ordered breakfast but she informed us that all reservations come automatically with breakfast. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable and the view that I upgraded us to was fabulous. It was convenient to have the tourist offices close by to get info on our Costa Brava hiking routes. We also highly recommend Can Paco for the hours, food, atmosphere, and friendly wait staff."
