"The check in did not happen using tbe booking from hotels.com, i had to pay to property to make a seperate booking as they dont accept booking through expedia. This is the worst experience i had with Hotels.com, the online agent james told me that they will escalate this issue and get back to me soon. "

"We booked online with a breakfast included and got to the hotel only to find out that because of some computer problems it didn’t show that our breakfast was included. Instead of being apologetic and helpful the manager spent a long time arguing with us about how we had purchased the wrong thing and that they couldn’t do anything because it was a computer problem. In the end Expedia reimbursed us for all the meals. Thank you Expedia."

"The staff is dedicated to excellent service. The only issue i had was with the way my eggs were cooked, i had to send them back at least once every morning for 6 days straight. Other than that it is top notch service. There are some superstars here that will ensure your stay is pleasant and resolve any issue that arises. "We had a one-night stay at The Westin, and I must say it’s the best luxury property in Gurugram. The hotel has a distinct charm and elegance that sets it apart from others in the region. Our room was beautiful and well-appointed with all essential amenities, including a refrigerator, work desk, and hot tub. The breakfast and dinner spreads were magnificent, among the largest and most delicious I’ve seen in India and the other dining options were equally impressive. The pool and gym were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. The staff was courteous, well-trained, and made every effort to ensure our stay was extra special.
