"They claimed not to have my booking(despite my showing them my Expedia confirmation email) & had clearly given my room away.So at 11.55pm in an unfamiliar city I had to find a new hotel at nearly 3 times the cost!!!

"We booked online with a breakfast included and got to the hotel only to find out that because of some computer problems it didn’t show that our breakfast was included. Instead of being apologetic and helpful the manager spent a long time arguing with us about how we had purchased the wrong thing and that they couldn’t do anything because it was a computer problem. In the end Expedia reimbursed us for all the meals. Thank you Expedia."
