Terraced house "Brasil", 2 storeys, built in 2017. Outside the resort, 1.5 km from the centre of Llafranc, 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach. For shared use: natural state property, natural garden, swimming pool (6 x 14 m, depth 30 - 165 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.). Outdoor shower, tennis. Stepped path to the house. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars). Grocery 2 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Begur plaça Forgas" 4 km, railway station "Flaça" 30 km, sandy beach "Playa de Llafranc" 1 km. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
