Bright duplex 50 metres from Tamariu Beach, in a quiet residential area. It's ideal for families with young children or couples. Restaurants, shops and the coastal path are within walking distance.

Terrace:
The apartment opens directly onto the terrace. In front of the apartment door there is a table for the exclusive use of this apartment. The rest of the terrace is shared with 1 other apartment.

Access:
The apartment has its own independent entrance, reached via steep public stone stairs, as is common in Costa Brava villages. The stairs are not suitable for guests with reduced mobility, and strollers and luggage will need to be carried.

- Beach towels are not provided

Parking:
Parking on the apartment's street is only possible outside high season. In July and August it isn't allowed: you can use La Pineda car park (approx. €4/day) or the free spaces on La Riera street.

About Tamariu:
Tamariu is a small village on the Costa Brava with a sandy beach and a handful of restaurants along the seafront. The coastal path (Camí de Ronda) connects it with Llafranc and Calella de Palafrugell. It's a quiet place, especially outside July and August.
A tourist tax of 1,93 € per person per night is required, as well as a damage deposit (except for Airbnb bookings), not included in the rental price. These are payable through our Online Guest Portal.

If you wish to sleep separately, it is important to notify us when making the reservation; otherwise, you may incur additional costs during your stay.

House Rules:
- Smoking and parties of any kind are prohibited.
- Quiet hours: 10 PM - 9 AM
- Persons under 25 years of age are not permitted on the property unless accompanied by their guardians.
- Pets and bicycles are not allowed in the apartment.
- Keep surfaces clean and free of food. Rinse off any traces of sunscreen. The property is in a natural environment, and failure to do so will attract ants.
- Be responsible with the use of electrical devices and lights. Turn them off when not in use or when you are out of the apartment.
- Be mindful of water usage; this is an area with severe drought.

Check-in: from 3 PM
Please review our arrival guide via the Online Guest Portal, access details for which will be provided.

Check-out: by 10:30 AM
- Leave the dishes clean and remove any organic waste.
- Take out the trash (public containers are located on Carrer de la Riera).
- Leave the keys on the dinning table before you leave.
