Apartment in Llafranc with a spacious furnished terrace to enjoy meals and breakfasts in the sun. It is located about 200 metres from Llafranc beach, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava.
To access the apartment from the street, there are about 30 steps, and the apartment is accessed from the terrace.
On the ground floor is the living-dining room with sofas and television that leads directly to the terrace. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary to cook during your stay.
On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms: a bedroom with two single beds, a second bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub (to access this room, you have to go down three steps) and a third bedroom with a single bed. Also on the ground floor, there is another full bathroom with a shower.
Going up the stairs, you will find the main bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
No bookings are accepted for individuals under 35 years of age.

Bien ubicada - Mal mantenida
Es una casa que hemos alquilado los 3 últimos años, pues nos gusta su tamaño, diseño moderno y por supuesto, por su ubicación, pero desde el 1er año que ha ido deteriorándose por falta de un mejor mantenimiento.
Los sofás del salón están hundidos y deberían cambiarse por otros más nuevos, ya que no se pueden utilizar para sentarse.
Esta vez había bombillas fundidas en los baños, la cocina, etc., y una lámpara que no funcionaba en la suite principal.
Desde hace 2 años no hay luz en las escaleras de subida desde la calle. Parece que no es un problema de reemplazar bombillas, sino que ocurre algo con la instalación.
La mesa bajo la pérgola debería ser más grande y estar en mejor estado que la actual.
Una de las persianas del techo de una de las habitaciones hace 2 años que no se puede cerrar, entrando mucha luz y dificultando el sueño a las personas que duermen allí.
También sería bueno disponer de WIFI.
