1RON 01 - Lovely and cozy house with garden and private pool in Llafranc

  • Beautiful and large 130m2 house located 800m from the lovely and peaceful beach of Llafranc, close to restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Ideal for a family holiday on the Costa Brava!

    This house is distributed over 3 floors and has a maximum capacity of 8 people.

    It has a private pool (4x6) and a furnished terrace with barbecue, table and chairs where you can enjoy pleasant breakfast and meals in the sun.

    On the middle floor there is a living room (tv, fireplace) with access to the terrace. Fully equipped kitchen (gas, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge and washing machine) and 1 toilet. On the upper floor there is a suite with a shower and a double bed (150x190cm) with access to a terrace with beautiful sea views. On the ground floor there are 3 more bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190cm), one with 2 single beds (80x180cm) (both with access to the terrace and the pool) and one with 2 single beds (80x180cm). Free wifi.

    Pets accepted on request and with supplement. Pets accepted only under prior request and with a supplement.

    Ideal house for families, reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

    The house is situated near Llafranc beach, one of the most stunning on the Costa Brava coast!

Maison sale et prestation tres moyenne

Très déçue dans l’ensemble, seul l’environnement est très bien. Maison sale: tissus des chaises tapis,alèse des lits. La chambre principale n’est pas du tout fermée : vue directe sur le canapé du séjour, aucune intimitée,de plus pas de volets sur cette pièce. Pas de plancha comme visualisé sur les photos, un vieux barbecue. Seul point positif par rapport à l annonce :la salle de d’eau du haut est refaite. La porte fenêtre du séjour ne verrouille pas correctement donc pas en sécurité lorsque la maison est vide. Pas d’eau chaude les deux derniers jours.
