I had to step sideways up the stairs also because the flat part of the steps did not fit my feet. I actually stumbled at the last part of the steps when leaving. "There is an offer for a free wow pass and hotel benefits like first free laundry cycle if you join their membership, and I would HIGHLY recommend getting it! The wow pass acts like a t-money card which was SUPER useful for travelling around, and there's a wow pass ATM on the first floor so you can use the card like a debit card. We ended up using the card at a few merchants, and was able to fill up the t-money card with my credit card this way through the app. The hotel staff were super helpful, and the free short term luggage storage WITH LOCKS was so convenient and useful! Best of all, when we were having a short stay in Jeju, and returning back to the hotel, I was able to store my luggage with them for the days we were away. The hotel was SUPER clean, everything is so well thought out. Free slippers, and on rainy days they have umbrellas by the door available to use. Location is SUPER convenient. Right by myeongdong shopping (less than 10min walk) and less than 5 min walk from the airport bus station and the the subway line entrance is less than a minute away. LOVED the 7-11 right in the hotel itself. If shopping is your main goal, this is the place to stay!"
