On the first floo: four bedrooms (2x2 single beds and 2x3 single beds), a shower room and a toilet. The heating is included in the price. This gîte is equiped to host groups and there is the possibility of hiring the gîte "Ardillier" (17 people). This detached and recently built house is situated on a tree studded land and at 1km of Aix en Othe, 35km from Troyes and 35km from Sens, in the heart of the Pays d'Othe.
