Holiday Home 'Gite Les Coquelicots Proche Mer' with Private Terrace, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

You will stay in a bright, spacious detached house surrounded by a fully enclosed, landscaped private garden of 600 m². Located 3 km from Paimpol, shops, and beaches, the house offers a large 60 m² living area with lounge, kitchen, and veranda, as well as three bedrooms.



On the ground floor: one bedroom with twin 180 cm beds, bathroom with large shower and WC.



Upstairs: two bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed and the other with two 90 cm beds that can be joined, washroom and WC. Beds will be made upon your arrival.



Your dog is welcome and I can visit it if you wish. Cats are not accepted, but a cat hotel is 5 km away.



A cleaning service is available for an extra fee if you do not wish to clean yourselves. On arrival, the house will be spotless and you are asked to leave it in the same state; otherwise, an additional fee may apply.



Paimpol, a historic and charming town, is 3 km away. Perfect for a getaway full of discoveries and visits, you will be immersed in Breton maritime history in a friendly atmosphere. The port, in the town center, offers many options for coffee, ice cream, or lunch by the boats.



Swimming, culture, nature, festivals, cinema, hiking, horse riding, water sports, sea or river fishing 3 km away, hiking on the GR 34 at 3 km, walks or jogging in the 600-hectare forest 200 meters away. Nautical center at 6 km, riding center at 6 km, 13-hole golf course at 14 km, paragliding at 10 km.
