"Very clean, great location, and quiet. Dave was amazing and very helpful. Kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed the hot tub each evening. Free laundry was great but the eco dryer required a lot of patience. Dave was very up front about it so we were prepared for the wait. "

"The room and furniture were in poor shape. The kitchen smelt very musty and the teatowels were dirty. The pool had scum on the water, we didn't use the hot tub. Some patrons were extremely noisy past midnight and no one came to ask them to be quiet. I asked them myself and they did quieten down."

"We had an enjoyable stay at Edgewater Palms in Paihia. The location is fantastic, and the apartment, while compact, had everything we needed. We stayed in Apartment 25, which offered a pleasant partial sea view. A minor drawback was that the lifts were out of service during our visit, which made getting to our Level 2 apartment a bit inconvenient. However, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even assisting us with our luggage, which made a big difference. The infinity pool is a standout feature. Although it isn’t heated, it’s still very nice once you’re in and a great place to unwind. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly service in a great location, despite a few small inconveniences"
