We appreciate your time in writing a review Jeff. When we read a review like yours, we know we are on target. Yvonne and I work hard to provide an experience like you had. We believe our reviews prove it. We do have a FULLY furnished kitchen. From a bread maker to rice cooker and everything in between. Spices to condiments. Paper products for those on the go. Even an ice chest on wheels for those flying in. We provide a home away from home experience. We take joy in providing toiletries above and beyond motels. Razors and shaving cream, toothbrushes, toothpaste & mouthwash and of course the basic soaps and conditioner. We want to make life easy if you forgot something. Customer service is a major ingredient to our guest’s experience. That is why I always contact our guests prior to and after their stay. We have the best housekeeper in Pahrump (IMHO), Linda is very meticulous in providing a really clean property. Steve & Yvonne

Location, Location, Location. Within an hour or less, of Death Valley, Bad Water, Shoshone, Las Vegas International Airport, Red Rock Canyon make this the "Perfect" location as you stated. Only 6 minutes to shopping in Pahrump is convenient yet just enough distance to not hear sirens or traffic. Thank you Gayle for mentioning so many of the reasons why our property is THE place to book. Customer service, I believe starts with great communication, thanks for mentioning it. Loved your review title Matt. Our Housekeeper Linda, takes great pride in having the "Cabin Studio" & all our places IMMACULATELY CLEAN! We didn't need to add addition steps when covid came. We already sanitized and cleaned to a spotless condition between each guest. So glad we fit all your needs while exploring and hiking our section of the Mojave. Hope you'll be back.

Linda, our Manager & Housekeeper is a treasure in many ways. Sounds like you experienced a few of them. If stargazing is an interest, folks definitely need to plan around the lunar cycle, but the stars are very amazing from our property. If you drive another 20 minutes beyond our property they are even more brilliant. Hope to have you back.

We agree James and appreciate your review title. Our property is the PERFECT location / Base Camp for all the Mojave Desert has to offer. Ash Meadows ( The largest Oasis in the Mojave) is only 30 minutes away as well. Many great places to eat in town if you don't want to cook in the fully furnished kitchen. I appreciate your stellar review very much Carol. You hit 🎯 bullseye on many points. The Cabin Studio is my choice when I am in town, if it is available. Plenty of room and everything needed for a weekend or a month. I had an Instructor at Front Sight stay almost 3 months there. With a laundry room just out the back door it's a perfect room. IMHO. We look forward to seeing you next time you're training.

Very happy to know that you share my opinion of the "Cabin Studio". It is the unit I prefer to use when I'm in town. A spacious studio, not cramped and very well furnished. Next time you are running your car at Spring Mountain Motor Resort we will gladly have you back Ayden.

Thank you Suzie for your review, it is spot on. Rather than "fancy we have stuck to a business model that is strict to several principles. (as you experienced) Those are; 1--"Clean", sanitary and fresh lodging. Quality linens to cleaning supplies, a must. 2--Old Fashioned Customer Service, always the priority. before and after your stay. IE "communication" 3--Furnishing extras so you have "everything" you might need. From toothbrushes to coffee. Spices to laundry soap. A COMPLETELY supplied kitchen. Sandwich bags to an ice chest to use on day trips. 4-- "Comfortable" not just in the bed or couch. Or a great laundry room. But by having security iron screen doors, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, etc. Things which provide comfort of mind so folks rest easy. 5-- Our locations provide a very restful, "quiet" environment. A single entry road, a great neighborhood, out of town - just enough. Close enough for convenience but no sirens or traffic, more apt to hear coyotes at night and roosters in the morning that city noises. A CLEAN, quiet, comfortable place to rest after a long day at the range or trail. We keep our prices at a level as to help folks by keeping their costs down and furnish things way above and beyond, " a room ". With saving money from not needing to purchase pantry items, condiments or coffee each day. Not to mention a kitchen that's COMPLETELY furnished. All those savings can be spent on ammo or souvenirs. We pay close attention to making certain things are always sanitized and clean for the folks staying at any of our properties. Completely furnished and stocked kitchens are another hallmark for our guests. Which was evident by your ability to cook a Thanksgiving dinner during your stay. Thank you Tim for your review. Especially since you have not had the pleasure to stay with us yet. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are all working through, I changed my cancellation policy. You were the first guest needing to rearrange their trip. Your full refund is being issued as a credit. I believe being a Patriot is an action, not just a title. Right after you and I worked through changing your plans, some things became apparent to me. I appreciate you rebooking in September. If you need to cancel the following will apply to you as well. As you know I amended my cancellation policy to 100% refund for any reservations that were on my books. I felt this best as some folks might need their money in hand, rather than just a credit. Therefore credits were discontinued and all monies were returned in full by me and VRBO, for all 3 of my properties. I believe Patriots care for the well being of their fellow law abiding citizens and this is my little part. If you are reading this review response, I pray you and yours are in good health.
