The home is located in Pagosa Golf Course neighborhood. It is a short distance to gas stations, grocery shopping, antique stores, restaurants, and HWY 160 that leads to the mountain.
You will access to the entire home.
There are four large decks off this home; one being next to the kitchen with large gas barbecue grill, sitting and table. Large HDTVs in great room and king master bedroom upstairs, Wi-Fi, satellite, and DVD player. This home is great for small family reunions or to watch the super bowl. This home can accommodate up to 8 individuals. Sorry, this home does not have air-conditioning, but open the windows at night and turning on the fan keeps this home cool. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING!

You will be driving on dirt roads and in the winter, it will be slick, ensure your vehicle has 4-wheel drive capabilities.
