This home is themed in Day of the Dead and Southwestern decor.This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is perfect for 2 couples or a small family. Each bedroom has its own TV, and Wi-Fi. The home has everything needed to make your stay comfortable. Linens and towels provided. The home has a fenced yard and security cameras, also a hot tub. Enough parking for 2-3 cars. Small dog only 25lbs or less. No Large Dogs. Location is prime for walking around town to all the gift shops, parks, river, hot springs and restaurants. Come and enjoy Pagosa!

  • We took a 5 day rafting trip down the San Juan. Our second camp site at Hanaker had an amazing hike up the canyon wall to a look out over the river and canyon. Very hot hike, but the views were amazing. If I did this one again, I would probably go in the morning. The raft trip itself is pretty easy, only one Class III rapid. Welcoming hosts and allowed early check-in. Excellent location. Parking great. Home very cozy. All amenities provided for both human and dog guests :-). Wolf creek ski area only 30 minutes away and hot springs in walking distance. Would stay again!

Super clean and nice kitchen supplies

Walked in and everything was spotless. Including the hot tub. Kitchen had tons of good gear for cooking which was a huge plus. Could easily entertain a nice dinner here. Beds and pillows were VERY comfy. Nice layout. Good location you can walk to everything downtown. We’ll be back!

Pagosa Springs Gem

Highly recommend this property. The house is impeccably decorated and gives you a warm cozy feeling. It is very clean. There is a front has plenty of parking spaces and one spot to park a car and trailer. There is a spacious backyard, with a back deck and good size grass area. Great if you have dogs so they have a place to play. And there is a clean jacuzzi that heats up to 105! Lisa was so responsive and truly cared to make us comfortable. I keep on saying and, but it's needed. And she left us a gift basket! Truly first class. Lisa, we will be back to Pagosa to get the opportunity to stay here again. Thank you

Great place

Great spot! There is literally everything you need, towels, utensils, pots, pans, spices, she even has Tupperware ! There an Ice maker which is super important to me I cannot live without ice. Decor is super cute but if your kids are small you’re gonna have to put some stuff higher. Beds are comfortable, the yard is fenced outback and perfect if you bring your dog or small kids. It’s actually walkable, I had 3 kids that complain about everything and we easily walked into town with no complaining. Natural Grocers right across the street. Nice little coffee bar in the house that was stocked . Things are labeled so you know what you need to know. You can walk to the hot springs but if you choose to drive parking is pretty easy. Highly recommend and if we make it back that way I’d absolutely stay again. The Cajun restaurant is great and there is a frozen yogurt shop close and walkable with breakfast and lunch bagels for a quick easy meal.

The property was awesome! So cozy and comfortable. Perfect for our family of three and our small dog. It was so nice to have the fenced yard. The decor was so cool! It was like our own private resort, with everything we needed!

Even better than the photos show. Everything you could need is available. Close to downtown. Watched the hot air balloons launch from the house. Pet friendly. We stayed for 7 days and it felt like home.

Amazing Home!

The house is beautiful with a great theme and design inside! The large showers and comfy beds were wonderful after a long day. Beautiful view off the back deck. Had everything we needed and more! Close to restaurants and hot springs.

Our stay at lisas home was awesome. The house was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The only problem we had though is that there is no air conditioning in the middle of the afternoon when it was high 80s low 90s. The 2nd floor tends to get really warm and doesnt cool down until about 2 a.m. But i figure its only an issue for a few weeks during the summer.

This house had a kitchen that was appointed so nicely. It had more kitchen tools than most well equipped home kitchens! The owner provided everything needed for operating all appliances, it was clean and the beds were comfortable.
