This cozy yet spacious retreat is tucked in the closest neighborhood to Wolf Creek Ski Resort, giving you quick access to some of the best skiing and snowboarding in the country while still being just a short drive from downtown Pagosa Springs.

Whether you're here to ski, hike, fish, soak in the hot springs, or simply relax in the mountains, Alpine Unit A offers the perfect home base for your adventure.

The home is thoughtfully designed to help you unwind after a day outdoors, with warm mountain touches, comfortable furnishings, and peaceful surroundings.

One of the best parts of staying here is the location. The San Juan River is just down the road and offers incredible fly fishing, scenic river walks, and breathtaking mountain views. The surrounding area is filled with beautiful hiking trails, wildlife, and fresh mountain air.

In the winter, enjoy easy access to Wolf Creek Ski Resort, known for receiving more snowfall than any ski resort in Colorado. In the summer, spend your days hiking, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, or exploring everything Pagosa Springs has to offer.

Guests will have full access to Unit A and the driveway parking area during their stay. Please note that the garage and locked owner storage spaces are not accessible to guests.

Guests will have full access to the Unit A and dedicated driveway during their stay. Please note that the garage and a few locked storage areas are reserved for owner use and will not be accessible. Everything else is yours to enjoy—spread out, settle in, and make yourself at home!

Stocked Supplies:
At this time, we do not provide shampoo or body wash. We recommend bringing these items along to ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Pet Policy:
We happily welcome one well-behaved dog to join you on your stay! Cats are not permitted. A non-refundable $125 pet fee will be charged—just include your pup in the guest count when booking, and the fee will be added automatically. Please note: pets are not allowed on any furniture. If excessive pet hair or evidence of pets on furniture is found, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged to the card used for your reservation.
