Little House on the Alley

This one-bedroom cottage is fully furnished with a king bed, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom and full-size washer and dryer. Located in the heart of downtown, you can walk to numerous restaurants (Black Bart's Brunch is steps away), shops, and rental bikes. Take fly fishing lessons, float the San Juan River, enjoy the parks, play Frisbee golf on Reservoir Hill, and soak in the world's deepest Hot Springs Resort. Ski at the Wolf Creek Ski Area, hike the Continental Divide, and the Weminuche and San Juan Wilderness Areas, and visit the Chimney Rock National Monument. Pagosa Springs is the front door to a world of outdoor recreation.

  • We took a 5 day rafting trip down the San Juan. Our second camp site at Hanaker had an amazing hike up the canyon wall to a look out over the river and canyon. Very hot hike, but the views were amazing. If I did this one again, I would probably go in the morning. The raft trip itself is pretty easy, only one Class III rapid. Great location super cozy!

Great location, super comfortable bed…full kitchen. Walkable to lots of restaurants, music venues and bars. Would definitely stay there again!!!Recommend adding a smart tv in the living room!

Tiny but awesome!

It’s actually not too tiny but it’s the perfect place to stay for 1-2 people. Right downtown to all the good stuff and the owners are the best! I’ve stayed twice and plan on being back.

Super clean and adorable

Visited Pagosa Springs for a short ski trip to Wolf Creek. This property was very clean, very well appointed and convenient to downtown. Would definitely recommend.
