Good location but not so clean
The locator was perfect. The communication was good. However the house smelled . It looked picked up and clean on the surface, but the dining table , stove and counters were dirty, we had to wipe them down and the wipes, especially the one we used on the stove was brown! There was a stain (a ring , not sure if it was liquide ) in the middle of the sheet in the master bedroom. We had to change the sheets, and the sheet smelled like it had been left in the wash for days. All of the towels smelled like mildew. Whoever is supposed to be doing the cleaning obviously is cutting lots of corners. Notified Cody of the smell and he asked that we put water down the drain in the laundry room. We were lucky that it was a short visit , so we just went out to eat and didn’t do much but shower and sleep in the house.

This property was PERFECT for our family of five! We were wowed the minute we opened the door - It was beautifully appointed, CLEAN, and well-stocked. Cody was an excellent and accommodating host. He offered a lot of great suggestions for our stay in Page and made the check-in/check-out process super easy! The location was great too! Just minutes away from Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon and many other beautiful hiking trails. We would DEFINITELY stay there again!

Perfect house perfect location
Definitely recommend this property it has everything you need and it's close to everything. The neighborhood was wonderful there's a hiking trail right there it was perfect!!!

Cody was one of the best hosts ever. He answered any questions we had within an hour. He provided so much valuable information regarding the area. The place is very clean and has everything. We were within 10 minutes of the 3 places we were going to: Wildnerness River Adventure Raft Float, Horseshoe Bend, and Antelope Canyon.

Great location for our Lake Powell vacation
We have rented a lot of vacation homes over the years. This home was one of the best. It is a very new home so everything feels new and clean. It had everything we needed for our family of 7. We enjoyed how cool the house stayed with the AC!! We parked the boat in front of the house each night and used Antelope Point to launch each day. The house is only about 10 minutes away from Antelope Point. Cody was great with communication and helpful with anything we needed. Overall, I would highly recommend this house.

Perfect spot for all of Pages activities and close to the activities in Southern Utah! House was immaculate, and very comfortable! Cody was great to work with, provided some fantastic recommendations and was very responsive. We would absolutely rent there and from him again!

The house was exactly as pictured. Very clean and everything was in working order. Ideal location, close to restaurants, grocery store and tours/sites. Cody was a pleasant and very helpful host. I would highly recommend this property to anyone heading to Page.

Clean Cute Place Well Located
We had a great time in Page. We loved the house. Amazing spot to watch the sunset just one black away. Close to Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend & Navajo Bridge. Spent the evenings cooking dinner, doing laundry and watching movies. We hope return sometime soon.

Great location!
This house was perfectly located for everything we wanted to do for our 4 night stay. Easy access to restaurants, lake Powell, antelope canyon and horseshoe bend. We stayed here for a family vacation to Lake Powell. It was super convenient for travel back and forth to Antelope Point Marina. Owners have been so thoughtful about everything single detail. Property is extremely clean and we loved our stay!

We had a wonderful time in Page over New Years. Cody was an excellent host and was very quick to respond to messages. I have rented several VRBOs over the years and this is the best one I have ever rented! This house is beautiful and looks and feels brand new. It was very spacious for our family of 5. It was a great place to come home to after a day of hiking. There are many great hikes in the area, including some that are less than 10 minutes from the property. We particularly enjoyed the Hanging Garden Trail and Rock Lane Trail in Page. Horseshoe Bend is breathtaking! The dam and Lake Powell offer incredible views as well. The house is really well laid-out for a family. There are two bedrooms near the front entry, one with a queen bed and one with two twins. These bedrooms share a full bath. The master bedroom is located off the living room and has a huge walk-in closet and a bathroom with two sinks and dual shower heads. The house is very well-equipped! There is not a kitchen utensil or piece of cookware that it is lacking. I was even surprised to find a 2nd full propane tank next to the bbq qrill! I just can't say enough good things about this place and this host. It was a wonderful experience! Thanks Cody!

Great house
The house and property were great. It was super clean and a great size. Loved the washer and dryer since we were halfway through a long trip. Walking distance to the Page rim trail which was nice. Page is such a small town that everything was nearby. Had a great stay and would definitely recommend this property in the future.

Our best vacation so far!
We drove over 1200 miles to get to Page, Arizona and the “icing on the cake” was staying at this beautiful and well furnished home. Not only was it clean but the floorplan and accommodations exceeded our expectations, and for a family of four we had more than enough room. The house is brand new and Lovely, as a matter of fact we are taking some of their design cues for our “ Soon to be built home“. If we ever decide to go back to that area, we will certainly be staying at this place. Thank you for making our vacation so much better.

Family Trip to Lake Powell
This house is amazing! Our family was wanting to do a lake trip to Lake Powell but I didn’t want to rent a house boat. I found this house and I am so happy we did. It’s brand new, decorated cute, had plenty of room for our family. The kitchen was perfect has everything need to make meals for breakfast lunch and dinner. The owner of the property is great at communicating and made the stay so easy. We drove over night from California and planned on going to the lake and then checking in that afternoon.. but he emailed letting me know that the house was ready and I could check in any time which was so nice. *the Lake Powell Marina is 10 minutes away and parking the boat at the house is great. *The Antelope Canyons are a must see. *There are grocery stores close by as well as subway. We didn’t eat out because of Covid but places are open and near the house. This house is perfect would highly recommend.
