Check-in took a little longer than expected, and I think this could be improved by having more staff available at reception. That said, the team was extremely polite and even allowed us to check in early, which made a huge difference after a long flight.
We stayed in a family room, and it had everything we needed. The space was very clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.
The pool was amazing—beautiful, relaxing, and not crowded at all, which really gave us peace of mind.
Throughout the hotel, the staff were consistently polite, attentive, and very helpful. Their warm attitude truly enhanced our stay. Thank you and see you back in a few months!

This is a lovely hotel, it’s near terminal 3 (not terminal 2!). It’s clean, well staffed, modern and feels safe. Don’t bother with the airport view, we thought it would be the runway but we were basically outside the road with a literal view of the airport. Nice hotel though and I would say good value for money

Property is old, dark and gloomy. Very inconvenient to get to, even to just load or unload. There is no parking at or near. Host is non responsive. We decided not to stay and left.
