The hotel itself was nice but the service was awful. The front desk staff were rude, not helpful and ignorant. The listing says laundry facilities and air conditioning but both are certain times and this should be noted.

Higher Standard of Best Western than in the US.
I was initially only going to stay at Best Western Biri for 3 nights & then switch hotels but decided to stay at the hotel for all 8 nights I was in Padova. The rooms were clean, very spacious and the a/c was strong (which was important since there was a major heatwave at the time). The staff were absolutely friendly and helpful. If you need documents printed, they will print it for you. I wanted to print a photo of my dog who I recently lost to bring to the Basilica and Caty, the front desk agent, went out of her way to make sure it was printed nicely. That meant a lot to me. It’s a great location with plenty of restaurants and a shopping center nearby. City center and Basilica are walkable or a 5-10 minute taxi ride. Although their restaurant menu only changes once a week, the food was delicious. Their rooftop gives you a gorgeous view of Padova that are definitely IG worthy. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Padova next year.

It was fine for a brief stop. The check-in staff were courteous and helpful with a room change to avoid noise for the rooms at the front of the hotel. Nice 7th-floor terrace. Free Parking. Not recommended as a tourist visit hotel.

Clean facility, offers a private shuttle to Venice airport on request ( we needed the vehicle at 1am. Front desk available 24/7. The room was well kept and the ac was fantastic during the heat.

We travelled with our large dog and were so impressed at the huge size of the room complete with dog bowls, a dog bed AND a bag of dog food. The room was clean, spacious and quiet.

Good, conveniently located hotel from city center and highway access. Hotel room clean and comfy. Bathroom rather dull, e. Flushing and sink not reliably working in our case. Stayed only one night, so not bothered to complain.

Great choice for Padova visit.
Very good hotel in a great location I liked the free spacious car park. The restaurant was excellent and the staff were very friendly and efficient Breakfast was good and again very nice staff. The room was compact but had everything I needed and the cleaning standard was high. I enjoyed my stay and can definitely recommend

Great slightly out of town hotel
Best Western Boris was a good base for us on our visit to Padova. Slightly out of town, but we were looking to get our step count up, and really enjoyed the 25 min walk into town. Hotel was great, staff very good. Didn’t make it to breakfast or the rooftop bar. Not sure what was available in the immediate area, we were interested in the old town.

Easy to locate the hotel and they have parking
The only negative about this stay is that our room was too warm and we have no way of adjusting the temperature since it’s centrally controlled and they have already turn off AC for the season.

Good business hotel
Nice working hotel stayed there many years ago. Good resteraunt, great views over city, only problem is that it was closed the night we were there, and it's a 2 km walk into the city centre.

The hotel staff was very informative and the room was clean and had enough space for two people. The front door area is on a very busy circle and at the time of our visit there was construction right outside the door. We were able to get a city bus back to the hotel after a concert, it would have been too far to walk at night.

The room was not available after the standard check in time. We only found this out once going up to the room. the receptionists then asked us to wait in the foyer, with no apology. we waited for 10 minutes longer than expected and only found or the room was available after asking, even though the hotel was very quiet. such poor service with no mention of a discount, complimentary drink or even an apology is really below par.disappointing for such an expensive hotel.

One night in Padova
The breakfast was delicious (bacon, eggs, fruit, bread etc). Air conditioning worked well. The mattress was firm but I liked that. The bathroom and the room were very clean. The location is great because the bus stop is right there to get to downtown Padova and to the train station. The rate was excellent too.

Good Location...
I had a positive overall experience at this hotel. It was a little outside the city, so we had to cab everywhere. However, that makes finding the hotel and parking a lot easier. The service was fine at first, but really stepped up there game by giving us directions to a near by steakhouse that was very good. I would stay here again!

The bus to the airport leaves around the corner from the hotel, yet not a single employee knows from where, or when it leaves. On my last day, I did finally get some detailed information, except the information was wrong and I ended up having to take a $300 taxi to the airport. Upon arrival my room smelled like a locker room, and the small window faced the highway. When asking if I could change the room, their blunt answer was "no".

Suite at good price
Instead of the expected 4 bed room a suite with 2 bathrooms and 3 sleeping rooms was made available for the four of us. Friendly staff but no dinner except for buffet on site.

Hotel ok. Bus into town easy and cheap. Great supermarket 200 meters up the road, turn right out of hotel. Italian taxis are tricky. Some are great and honest. E7 to hotel. Then others not so good, E13 back along same route.

Graet exactly where i wanted and close to the bsilica of st Anthony
Great no issue except as we got there late evening due to plane delay no offer of food or alternative was given and there were no tray of tea/coffee till the next day -also we were asked for an extra 24 euros (6 Euros per day ) which we weren't aware till we were checking out

Nice hotel, but geared to tourists
We arrived the Saturday before Easter. The hotel restaurant was excellent, but that night was the only night they were open to "normal" guests. Sunday and Monday they only catered to a large group that had booked a bulk group of rooms. So, we had no place but McDonald's to eat on Easter Sunday. Basically, this hotel is catered to business professionals, but staff was very friendly and spoke excellent English.
