"I love the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, n was able to understand and reply to questions in english. I will not stay at this hotel next time for 2 reasons. First reason being the water was only coming at room temperature when taking a shower n the AC never came cold."

"Bathroom door wouldn't open from the inside. Thank God I wasn't alone. I would have been trapped in the bathroom. WiFi sucked so TV also sucked. "

"Breakfast was delicious. Everyone we met was ready and willing to make sure we were happy. The pool was warm and delightful. The mall is a shopper's paradise. The property is a little dated, but so are we. The temp of the water when showering was a little wonky. I also was looking forward to a bath, but the drain cover wouldn't stay closed. No biggies. Overall, great experience. "

"The Staff were awesome- the place was basically clean ( hair in the bathroom on the toilet seat cover was noted upon entry)but the hotel is definitely in need of mechanical maintenance ( Hot water is almost non existent) , the shower head and arm assembly very loose in room 1723 and paint and trim is showing its wear and tear all over the hallways and ceilings - I would stay again though due to location and amenities of the area"

"Dislikes: !. The first encounter, around 2.45 p.m., with a young lady at the checkin desk was horrible. I waited in line and when it was my turn and I was walking up to her work space, she just mumbled and directed me to go stand in the other line. No explanations on why. She remained standing at the checkin counter not attending to anyone. A colleague came and stood right next to her and began calling the couple standing in front of me (in the other line). As I spoke up what was going on, since he's now about to attend to this couple in the same line I was just standing in. The couple allowed me to go ahead and checkin, while the gentleman apologized as he was not aware that the lady dismissed me shortly before he arrived. 2. Around 8.30 p.m. I decided to order some more wings at the bar. The service, from a lady at the bar, and wings were exquisite earlier that afternoon. So I was expecting the exact same experience. As I arrived at the bar, I saw a young man attending the bar area. He gave me a decent service and informed me that the wings were done. SO i ordered an angus burger without bacon and without cheese (Cheddar). As I arrived back in my room to begin eating, I realized that the angur burger had melted cheese, bacon and mushrooms in it. Completely irrated me and ruined my dinner."

"Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Panama the hotel itself is clean with an amazing view. As well it is in walking distance to most things"

"Excelente servicio, buena atención al cliente, el desayuno buffet estaba muy bueno. La habitación 10/10, tenía de todo. 100% recomendado. Volveríamos a ir."
