"Clean Took a realllly long time for hot water to arrive at the shower. I think remote control needs batteries Not enough outlets None of these issues were serious Just comments"

"Clean room, friendly staff, plenty of parking, close to Disneyland, offered a trolley to the park, but I never used it to give a review on the quality of it, and depending upon where your room is on the property grounds, you can see the fireworks from Disneyland at night"

"They said ( by website and phone) that the had airport shuttle service . After an hour and 4-5 phone calls. When finally checking in they were charging an early check in fee and a destination fee . Fortunately a very nice and professional manager( I wish I could remember her name) too care of the situation and turned a 3 star into a 5 star experience"
