"The greeting from the host Shirley set the stage for a wonderful stay. The Captains suite was spacious and had an amazing view of the Pacific. The bed was so comfortable. The next day, the home-cooked meal was fantastic. We felt very at home and we thank Shirley for everything about the stay."

"Great place and a great breakfast in the morning. Very talented people own this place and make you feel at home. The place is a bit of an art gallery with custom pieces, local art, and info. Kelly appears to put her heart into making her guests feel welcome, comfortable, and well fed if that is a part of your adventure. Plenty of parking for the amount of people that can stay there."

"I wouldn’t mind staying here again, but only because it is a budget friendly option. The property is clean and all other tenants were very respectful when we were there. There is no A/C, but fans are provided. We mostly booked this place because of the hot tub, but there was no water in it and not functioning. We also thought the breakfast would be more than packet oats, and the only milk in the fridge was bad. Location is nice and close to Makawao, which is a perk."
