"The staff were fantastic very kind and helpful. The room was lovely but a bit noisy with people out by the pool. A great location in the city. I would highly recommend the hotel"
Aava Whistler Hotel

"Aava is located just 1-2 minutes off the main drag. It's quiet and more secluded than the hotels that are located within the village. We were able to check-in early and received our room when we arrived. All the staff that I have spoken to were excellent! All were friendly and approachable. As per the rooms, we got a king room. The room was clean, modern, and simple. We enjoyed the Nespresso machine. We did wish there was a kettle option for tea/hot beverages other than coffee. I would also suggest having the robes in the rooms, rather than fetching them from he front desk with the pool towels. The pool was relatively small and not very warm. The hot tub was at an okay temp, but could have been hotter. The jets need maintenance as they were quite weak. Overall, pool amenities were meh. I did like their outdoor firepit! I could see that being a nice outdoor space in the winter to roast marshmallows etc. Overall, good location, excellent staff, clean and quiet rooms, and okay pool. I would stay here again :)"

"Very clean, friendly, nicely appointed hotel in a great location. Excellent restaurants one block away, easy walk to Chihully and Space Needle as well as downtown. Parking across the street but we never needed our car. Loved having a small kitchenette in the room. Would 100% stay here again."

"So very easy to stay there! We had to get up at 3 am for an early morning flight. Just hopped on the escalator and you were at the airport for check in. No waiting for a transfer van."

"Rooftop after the concert was excellent meet new people. Had gone to safeway accross the street piror and bought wine and snacks for after the concert. Hotel had wine opener place glasses plates. It was the best stay. Will stay there again. Two minutes walk to climate pledge arena. Dicks accross the street. It was perfect"
